About the Center

Global Workforce Center is the institutional center for the global workforce. It is built and powered by TRACTIONCORE for the working class community — a permanent home for its record, its network and its future.
Who We Are
We do not sell. We host.
The Center is not a business. It has no products to move and no growth target to hit. It is an institution — a place that develops a community, keeps its records, publishes its research and represents its interests. Everything here exists to make the global workforce more visible, more connected and more powerful than it was yesterday.
Our audience is the working class in its full breadth: employees, job seekers, fresh graduates, labourers, professionals and digital nomads — worldwide, and with a proud home in the Philippines. We write for the operator, the annotator, the developer, the salesperson, the caregiver, the driver and the graduate still deciding what to become.
